I just purchased this item (after being assured by many that it would play ps2 games) set it up and immediately boxed it up and returned it because it does not play ps2 games. I understand the early ones do but not this new generation. Well, they certainly lost me and I will not ever buy one UNTIL it allows you to play the games you already have. for $400.00 it should wash the clothes and do the dishes too!Get more detail about PlayStation 3 80GB.
