The original PS2 40 GB included the computer chip to play PS2 games in native mode. Sony removed this crucially important feature in this so call "upgraded" version. It is actually a downgrade. Is Sony TRYING to lose the platform war? Its base of PS2 customers was its big advantage. Anyway, we are very disappointed with this product.
